Sheen will play fussy angel and rare book dealer Aziraphale, while Tennant will play fast living demon Crowley in the comedy series adapted from Gaiman’s first novel, which he wrote in collaboration with Pratchett. The duo will play an angel and a demon who are not very enthusiastic about the end of the world in the co-production between Amazon and the BBC. The former Doctor Who star will play opposite Michael Sheen in a six-part TV adaptation of the hit book.
